MeWannaGo Terms of Service

Welcome to MeWannaGo! Before you start planning your dream vacation, please take a moment to review our Terms of Service. By using our website and purchasing vacation packages from us, you agree to abide by these terms.

Booking and Payment:

To book a vacation package, you'll need to pay a nonrefundable deposit per person. This deposit secures your reservation. After paying the deposit, you'll enter into a payment plan. The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms specified at the time of booking. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit. However, if your booking is made within 60 days of the trip start date, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

Final Payment:

Payment of the balance of the trip is due based on the payment schedule provided upon booking. If the balance is not paid on or before the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.

Pricing:

Prices for vacation packages are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Prices quoted do not include taxes, fees, and additional charges unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation by the Traveler

The deposit is nonrefundable under any circumstances. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to our cancellation policy, which may vary depending on the specific vacation package booked. Refunds for cancellations, if applicable, will be issued according to the terms outlined in our cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking 60 days or less prior to the trip (or other timeframe indicated) prior to the trip, or fail to show up, or if you leave the trip prior to its end time for whatever reason, you will not be entitled to any refund. If you cancel your booking more than 60 days (or other timeframe indicated) prior to the trip, we will refund all payment amounts made toward the trip less the initial deposit amount and less processing fees which is 10% of the remaining amounts.  Cancellations 60 days prior or less travel are non-refundable.

Cancellation by MeWannaGo

We reserve the right to cancel any trip or any portion of any trip at any time up to (and including) the 61st day before the scheduled trip start date. In this event, the client will receive a complete refund including all additional payments made toward the trip excluding credit card processing fees. We reserve the right to cancel any trip at any time if, due to natural disaster, political instability or other disruptions and/or events beyond our control (“force majeure events”), the execution of the trip would be unsafe or otherwise unable to operate as intended.  In this event, the client will receive a refund equal to the monies paid to MeWannaGo less any nonrecoverable costs incurred by MeWannaGo.

Changes and Amendments:

Changes to your reservation, including but not limited to dates, destinations, and the number of travelers, may be subject to fees and availability. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any aspect of a vacation package due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer suitable alternatives.

Booking Discretion:

We reserve the right to reject bookings and deny participation in our vacation packages to certain clients at our discretion. Reasons for rejection or denial may include concerns about safety, security, integrity, or if a booking violates our Terms of Service or laws of the destination country. If we reject a booking or deny participation, we'll promptly communicate our decision and refund any payments made including deposit and additional payments. Clients are expected to comply with our Terms of Service and additional policies. We're committed to fair and transparent practices in serving our customers. Trip Hosts also have similar authority to exercise discretion and judgement to deny participation to certain clients if the Trip Host believes that the client’s continued participation will be disruptive to the overall experience. If the client is denied participation any time after the start date, the client is still responsible for all payments made toward the trip.
